« Room had a loud dripping noise coming from the bathroom ceiling vent all night, and the bathroom door would not close all the way to isolate it. My keycard didn't work the first time and I had to get it reprogrammed. I had no instructions given to me as to how to check out, and there was no drop box or the like for my keycards when I left before staff was there in the morning. »

« This hotel exceeded my expectations! Being in such a high traffic location, I thought it might show wear and tear but it did not. It was beautiful, clean, and the rooms were so quiet and peaceful. The bed was also incredibly comfortable and I slept better than I normally do in hotels. I would definitely stay here again. »

« We were in town staying for a night and our girls were going to a concert at the Uptown Theatre. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Shout out to the security gentlemen as well who was smiling and guiding cars where they needing to be in the pouring rain. Would definitely stay here again. »

« The room was clean. Everything restocked. The Wifi was great. Breakfast was the usual hotel style but it was fresh, good, and the area was clean. »

« It was just what I needed but I was blown away with the comfort of the bed, pillows and super clean. Will be back and hopefully can use outdoor area. Coffee in the lobby nice and quiet although on street side. Will be back!!! »
