« The staff at the reception is very slow. The room are spacious, but very old. The staff of the restaurant is absolutely horrible. You can wait 20 minutes before order, then 20 minutes for the service, and the staff is not serious. The hotel is not located in city center, it's very far from Madurai- The pool is nice, but the smell is just horrible. So don't go in this hotel »

« Very clean and well maintained amonst the chaos of the temple premises. Location right in frt of temple and great restaurant. Outstanding staff. »

« Front office staff should be politeness and should understand the intention of the customers. I was very unsatisfied by their approach poor . Restaurant menu prices are very high and not upto the standard comparing witbthe prices »

Buenos desayunos. Hotel recomendable. »
