« Great location, well maintained gardens and pathway out to the beach. We had a very quiet and peaceful stay, other guests were very friendly, as was the staff. Very nice beach chairs provided beside our front door, along with beach towels. The pool area is very nice and well maintained. Would definitely stay again in the future. »

« I love the location. Everything is very close, the beach, restaurants, and bars. It's very close to peanut island. The only thing I didn't like much was the front yard. They should keep the patio cleaner. I liked everything else. »

« I liked the quietness of the unit I rented with a friend. The description was a bit different on the site than what we had. The gold small sofa was a bit older and it had a loose arm on it. The blinds were broken. Had to have the fabric drapes hung. The blinds would not lift up to look out the 2 windows. »

« Drove down for the weekend and stayed at Fernando flats (flat 11). The accommodations were fantastic. Very clean. Room smelled great upon arrival. All the extras like bikes and beach towels were great. The mattress was firm and pillows fluffy. Plenty of hot water and pressure. The air conditioning kept the room ice cold! Location was perfect. I was able to walk to the shops/eateries. Loved the vintage vibe. Would stay again. *Just a note Flat 11 is upstairs with no elevator. Definitely not an...

« Great spot- place was rundown but is in the perfect spot close to beach and restaurants. Good price. No live tv - bring your own Roku with remote if you want to watch live tv. »

« My husband and I love staying at this apartment building. We’ve stayed in different rooms and all have been clean, nice and comfortable. The location is easy walking to the beach and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here for a visit to Singer Island. »
