The house is older and a bit out dated. Pool area was lovely. Overall, it worked out nicely for our big family. The driveway had cars parked in it so there wasn't enough room for our vehicles. Garbage was left in the cans and recycle bins in the garage, which we couldn't even get out of the garage because that had a boat parked in it sideways which blocked everything. One of the walls in a bedroom had a 5 inch depression in the wall, which looked like it had a limited patch job but it didn’t bother is so we didn’t make a big deal out of it.
However, a week after we left, the host charged my card $1000 to replace and paint that same wall.
If you decide to rent this place, take photos and videos when you arrive and make sure you complain through VRBO app. Good luck!
