Holidayhome close to the beach, fenced garden & dog welcome

Our beautiful holiday home is located in the small-scale bungalow park "Callantsogervaart," with nine peacefully situated houses, just 950 meters from the beach.

The garden surrounding the house is 170m² and fully enclosed by a fence, ideal for children to play in or for your dog. From the picnic table, you have a view of a beautiful bulb field when the flowers are in bloom.

The south-facing terrace has a sunshade for warm summer days, and you can also enjoy shelter from the wind behind the wall, allowing you to step outside as soon as the first rays of sunshine appear.



If you'd like to relax in the garden, perhaps with a good book, take a seat on the comfortable loungers. Even in the early morning, with the first rays of sunshine, it's wonderful to relax with a cup of coffee or tea, enjoying the peace and quiet and the birdsong.

The house features a living room with a spacious open-plan kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, and refrigerator. The living area includes a TV with DVD player, radio/CD player, and a comfortable corner sofa. A washing machine is available in the utility room.



On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with wonderfully comfortable beds: one with a double SWISS SENSE box spring, one with two single SWISS SENSE box spring beds (placed together), and one with freestanding beds.



A high chair and travel cot are available.



Free Wi-Fi is available.

In the garden shed, you'll find a patio set and a barbecue, and two free bicycles are also available.



You can walk to the beach or drive to the beach, which you can park in a free and spacious parking lot. You can also bring your bicycle; you can store it for free at the top of the beach entrance.



Beach walks, horseback riding, a day trip to Texel, or cycling through the beautiful bulb fields are all possible during your holiday.



If you'd like to swim, you can do so in the indoor, communal pool at the adjacent recreation park.
