The villa has a spacious L-shaped living room on the ground floor, where French doors at both the back and the side of the house give access to the garden. The living room is stylishly decorated and equipped with a cosy gas fireplace - ideal for spending cold winter evenings warm and cosy.

The open kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, oven, American fridge with separate freezer compartment, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster. You can enjoy sumptuous meals together at the cosy dining area.

Comfortable bedrooms and family-friendly facilities

There are three comfortable bedrooms on the upper floor: two rooms with a double bed and one room with two single beds. There is also a cot and high chair for little ones. The nice bathroom is equipped with two washbasins and a shower cabin.
