« The customer service was very friendly, very helpful and attentive. Also the wifi signal was strong. However this hotel is currently undergoing a big renovation so amenities like the pool were not available so it’s difficult to rate it correctly. I will look forward to seeing it again after the renovations have been completed. »

« Easiest check in process I’ve ever experienced in !!! The villa is amazing, the layout of the villa is perfect with opening of the sliding doors and having an indoor- outdoor environment incorporating the living room and the backyard patio and pool !! Personally my favorite area of the villa is the rooftop at night it provides you with a quiet relaxing place to unwind after a full day in and heat to hang out listening to music and getting ready for the next day !!! My stay was a 10/10 !!!! »

« Never got a hold of the host. Check in instructions is to check in at one address for keys then go to the actual home. Nobody to be found ended up having to go elsewhere luckily got a reservation same day. Now awaiting for my money back ! Absolutely TERRIBLE »
