Slow down the pace with our Pitch ‘n’ Putt course or enjoy sundown on our Giant Swing before you spread out under the covered alfresco dining area. This conveniently has infrared panel heaters for the cooler months, and tornado fans for the warmer months. Soak up the superb stargazing from the hot tub, or cap off the night in the sunken woodburning firepit.

We have styled this home to indulge you in modern amenities, comfortable, contemporary furniture, and eathy accents that draw on the natural beauty of the desert.
Inside you’ll find 3 bedrooms, each with a King bed and a working station, 2 bathrooms, and a converted guest room with a Queen bed, sleeping a total of 8 guests.
The custom kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded appliances, and boasts prime views of Coyote Hole, making it a unique space to prepare family style dinners.
We offer ample indoor living space with the main living room, or the games room which collectively feature two 65” smart TVs, a pool table and plenty of board games.
For those travelling with a young family, we provide ample supplies such as the Graco Pack ‘n’ Play, high chair and a portable mini bath tub.

Hot Tub + Pool | Glass is not permitted, please use the plastic stemless cups provided. No intoxicated persons may use the hot tub or swimming pool. Do not put sand or soap in the hot tub or swimming pool. Our hot tub and pool cleaner comes every week on ….. If you do not want them to come during your stay, please let us know and we will do our best to alter the time they will come.

Fire Pit | All fires must be attended to by a responsible adult at all times. Only clean, dried wood, is allowed to be burned as per the San Bernadino County rules.

Backyard | Anyone under 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian while in the backyard.

Landscape | Enjoy the desert landscape for it's natural beauty. This means there may be sand, rocks, burrs and sticks in the surrounding environment. Best to wear shoes when outside.

Pets | If you have a pet, you must agree to follow the Pet Guidelines. If you have any pets on the property without prior consent from the owners, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

Pet Guidelines | Due to a pet allergy in the family, unfortunately pet(s) can’t sleep in the beds or on the couches within the property or swim in the pool or spa/hot tub/swimming pool. As with all properties in Joshua Tree, we are on septic so please do not bath your pet(s) in the showers or attempt to flush any pet byproducts down any toilet, sink or drain as these can block the system.
Please do not leave your pet(s) unattended on the property at any time throughout your stay.
Please ensure your pet does not go to the bathroom inside the house or in the backyard.
You will need to bring your necessary pet supplies including pet waste bags, pet bed, bowls for food and water, pets towels to clean and wipe off paws and pet(s) at the door, etc. Please refrain from using the provided bath and beach towels to clean or dry your pet.

Plumbing | All houses in Joshua Tree are on a Septic Tank system and so, only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.

Noise & Extra Guests | You will be living in a quiet, local community, please be respectful of your neighbors and adhere to quiet hours between 10 pm - 8 am. We are not licensed to host extra guests beyond people 8 people.

Security Cameras | Located on the front and back door to make sure guests arrive safely and to provide extra security for us and our guests.

Late Check-Out | Our checkout time is 11:00AM. This is to ensure that we have enough time to clean the property for our next guest. If you are interested in late check-out, let us know in advance and we can try our best to accommodate you.

LIABILITY WAIVER:

By making a reservation, you and all members of your stay agree that you release the hosts of all liability that may occur during your stay. This includes personal property damage, injuries and financial responsibility. You understand that if you are using the hot tub, swimming pool, pickleball court, fire pit and anything else at the property is at your own risk and you will be fully responsible for any injury that comes up during your stay.
