The West part of my duplex is stylish, comfortable, peaceful and quiet. Dedicated parking, private entrance, warm and home away from home with a large fenced yard. Private and no shared spaces, bordering a breathtaking Desert vista to the East, the JTNP to the North and offering right out the door walkabouts.

The Palo Verde Experience
Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this retreat is more than a rental; it’s an eco-forward sanctuary. Featured on the Morongo Basin Landscape tour, my grounds are a "Green Oasis" of many trees, sage, cacti, and many other plants. I take pride in the ZERO CARBON footprint here, with all electricity being 100% solar-powered, a desert-friendly garden, grey water systems, and yes, much peace and serenity.

• Curated Living: Mid-century modern style meets desert warmth in a spacious layout.
• Restful Sleep: Primary Bedroom: Private sanctuary with a Queen-sized Beautyrest mattress.
• Dining Area: Features a sweet vintage Jordan Brown Dining table with 7 chairs and a cozy Twin-sized daybed.
• Living Room: Includes a sofa that converts into a Full-sized bed.
• Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and an ice maker in the freezer. I provide coffee, teas, snacks, oil, and spices, in addition to condiments in the fridge. (Heads up: I usually block off one drawer in the fridge and the bottom drawer of the freezer for my own use, still leaving plenty of room for all your groceries).
• Spa-Inspired Bath: Featuring a vintage-style clawfoot tub, a bright skylight, and linens.
• Modern Amenities: 55” Samsung Smart TV (bring your logins) and high-speed WiFi.

• 5 Minutes: Joshua Tree Village (world-famous Joshua Tree Coffee Company, boutiques, galleries, makers shops, culture, and the super special Saturday Farmers Market).
• 7 Minutes: Markets and modern conveniences.
• 14 Minutes: Pioneertown
• 18 Minutes: The sweet town of 29 Palms

I provide some essentials for Your Convenience
• Cleaning: Dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper products, and cleaning products.

• Toiletries: Please bring personal items you'll need outside of what I provide. If your stay is longer, consider the amounts I provide and what you know you will need.

Convenience: Easy keyless entry with no steps or stairs.

House Rules & Notes
• Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+ and present for the duration of the stay.
• No Parties: I prioritize peace; evidence of parties results in immediate cancellation.
• Smoke-Free: No smoking inside the home (permitted outdoors only).
• Security: One exterior camera monitors the parking and entrance for your safety.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the west side within the fenced yard. You have a designated parking spot at the front of the house near the wooden gate entrance, plenty of parking.

There is reliable high-speed internet throughout the entire property. Streaming services are available on the 55” flat-screen Smart TV which you can set up with your accounts.

A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry so you can arrive at your leisure and let yourself in. The entry code will be provided to you the morning of your arrival. The house is your oasis. Feel free to enjoy your yard and patio just outside the front french doors (a very nice hang and a great outdoor yoga/exercise space too). Make sure to stargaze, we are in a very low light area with very few houses around.

I will send you the private door code morning of your stay as long as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Arrival anytime after 3:00pm unless arrangements are made otherwise (possible option for an early check in for an additional fee). Late check out without prior arrangements $50 per 15 minutes.

Other things to note
You will feel like you are way off the grid via a dirt road and very close to everything Joshua Tree, Pioneertown, 29 Palms ,Yucca Valley and Morongo Valley.

It's an expansive peaceful, quiet refresh and reset experience here so quiet hours are after 10pm which means you can be outside with your quiet voice and mindful of serene noise inside.

If you would like visitors, please let me know in advance.

Fire Pit/Fire Place:
Please clean up the fire pits and fire place after use. Put any hot ash in the aluminum cans outside.
Fires need to always be attended. Do not walk away from your fire.
Use the screen on the fire place at all times.
Bring your own wood and fire starter. Do not use any liquid fire starter, inside nor outside.
Feel free to leave any left over wood, if still burnable, for the next guest.
