The Space:

Modern on Mars is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house that can accommodate up to 6 guests. This home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood in Joshua Tree. Newly renovated in 2026, it features a mix of mid-century modern and bohemian aesthetic that beckons you to unplug and enjoy the surrounding desert scenery.



Relax around the fire pit, catch sunrise or sunset from the swing chairs, or stargaze in the Salt Water hot tub. The outdoors are equipped with seating, dining, and a BBQ grill.

-BEDS & BATHS-

Designed for groups of up to 6, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has a king-sized bed and an en-suite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds. Fully stocked with linens, towels, and soaps.



-KITCHEN & DINING-

The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare the perfect meal, including an electric stove and cabinets stocked with spices and a complete set of cookware. The indoor dining table seats 6, and the island bar top seats 4.



-OUTDOOR SPACE-

There is an outdoor dining table for 6, seating, a fire pit, a BBQ, and a SALT WATER hot tub.
