If you're looking to the best property in Joshua Tree, then look no further. The Constellation Compound is the entire 10 acre property of both Cabin Under the Stars and MoonView Modern for your exclusive use.

Constellation Compound comes with a beautiful modern in-ground pool & cabana, 2 large hot tubs placed perfectly under the stars (1 located at each house), large outdoor fire pit, 2 indoor fire places and every amenity needed to be able relax, recharge and reconnect in ultimate privacy.

We welcome you to enjoy an early check-in if available - so you'll get maximum lounging time by the pool. All you'll need to do it show up and you start to enjoy your desert adventure right away.

As you enter the front gate, you will be greeted by the colors of the cabin and magic of the desert. There are private patios in the front and back, perfect for sunrise coffee and sunset cocktails. The 2 bedroom cabin (one king bed, one queen bed) has a fully equipped retro kitchen, and a custom wood stove for those chilly winter nights. Each room offers perfect views of the vast desert landscape, and abundant natural light. The cabin sits on 10 beautiful acres, with a pool for the hot summer days and hot tub for a night of relaxing and star gazing.

The main house has a private patio in the front with a stylish and comfortable outdoor lounge and dining area. The 2 bedroom house (one king bed, one queen bed) has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with views that can't be beat. The house has one half bath, and one full bath with attached outdoor shower.

Joshua Tree National Park entrance is 15 minutes away. In the artists' community of Joshua Tree, you can also explore the galleries and shops and grab a bite to eat.

Please feel free to ask us for suggestions for special trips, from rock climbing, trail riding, guided hikes and night sky viewing venues to massage, yoga, and spa treatments.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT
There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation

• FIRE
Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy BUT the propane fire pit located outside if allowed.
If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane firepit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine.

• WASHER/DRYER
HOUSE has a washer and dryer available to guests that are staying with us for an extended period of 3 or more days. If you are traveling with an infant or young children please let us know and we will give you access to the laundry room.

• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.

• IDENTITY VERIFICATION
You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used.

By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above.
