« The hotel itself is good and clean. Breakfast was great! Staff was friendly. Ken was our favorite! There was something just happy and kind about him! The only small issues was the hot water. We understood that there were alot of people but it felt like no matter the time it was cold. I finally just took one at almost midnight to get it hot enough to get the soup out of my hair. But all in all, great place. Would stay here again if we are ever in the area. »

« Staff was amazing. It is clear the staff is keeping this older property in repair. There are signs of work being performed, which i take as a good sign. I caught the end of breakfast, so it is unfair to the staff to evaluate a buffet as they close it. The air condition was great. »

« Bon vieux motel US, vieux meubles, moquette bien pleine d’acariens dans les chambres, et encore les acariens c’est sympa…! Serviettes tachees, on ne s’attendait pas à bien mieux… Employés qui prennent l’ascenseur en vous laissant attendre derrière eux, le client n’est pas roi ici!! »

« I mean, it was just a very old property. The rooms were nice enough for what you pay. The front office smelt old and stale. The pillows were dirty and old, but the pillow cases were clean. The TVS were nice size and not too outdated. Overall it was a below average stay. For the price point not much to expect »

« Staff is welcoming. Clean atmosphere. Spacious room. Only thing that bothered us was the rattling of the AC when it would turn on & the connection outlet. We had a baby and he kept going towards it since it was visible. Definitely staying here again & would recommend it to family and friends. »

« Don’t expect much with breakfast like other chain hotels. The food is meager, no hot food offered during the week, except on the Sunday morning we were there, there was a small tray of scrambled eggs and a small tray of some breakfast patties. Come Monday morning, only cold cereals, few slices of bread, and a few apples and mandarin and it was just a few minutes past 8 a.m. »

« The air conditioner didn't work took the 3 days to move me to another room after the manager lied and said there was no open rooms , cause his employer said there was... I do not recommend at all, they should be a negative Star honestly.... »

« The floor in our room was dirty, rooms and hallway did have a musty smell. Overall appearance was fair. Night staff was really nice but morning staff and housekeeping was rude any time something was needed they acted as if we were bothering them. »

« Room was clean. Elevator did not work and my room was on the 3rd floor. Fridge in my room did not work, which I bought drinks and was hoping to put in there. My son was looking forward to the pool and it was out of service. Staff was nice! »

« First of all, I had a friend stay with me that arrived before I did, The manager charged my card and gave receipt to her. I was planning on using a different card to pay with at the end of our stay. I was charged for the entire 2 day stay, even tho I had cancelation insurance with Expedia. (on going issue). We got to the hotel late, I washed my face and turned down the covers only to find MULTIPLE hairs on the sheets, crumbs that looked like coffee grounds and one of the pillows had...
