    Bedroom 3 (Downstairs/ ground level): Full-size futon with a twin bunk above — perfect for kids or extra guests. **Please not the door leading to the little back yard access is in this room.

    A full bath off the king bedroom upstairs
    A half bath off the living room

    Guest is responsible for cleaning up after their pet at all times. Guest assumes full financial responsibility for any damage, excessive cleaning, picking up dog poop required as a result of pet occupancy.

    Failure to comply with this Pet Policy may result in additional fees or charges for damages.
