Les + : location, pet friendly.
Les - : Everything..omg.
Yuck..carpets were gross and sticky. Bathroom floor was dirty. The halls smelled awful of chlorine from the pool..overall a dirty hotel.

Checked in late...Wendi was great! However, Wendi couldn't save the other little details that stood out that made feel like $135 for the night was definitely not worth the price. The hotel was dirty and a lot of things just looked old and needing to be updated. The shower had hair in it and it just had an overall look of uncleanliness. I was pretty disappointed in the quality for the price.

The front desk staff lwere very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Must be an older Fairfield, needs updates if it wants to be competitive with the newer motels surrounding it.

Nice hotel in Joliet

At check in, Amber was very personable and friendly. After a long drive to get there, she greeted me warmly. She is very enthusiastic, good ambassador for your property. Room was fine, nice and quiet, very clean, plenty of parking. No complaints.

The hotel was great. The lady that checked me in was having problems. She mentioned she was new and no one else was around. It took at least 20 minutes to check me in b/c she couldn't figure out the computer.

room was not what I was told it would be when I made the reservation, They don't even have rooms like the one I was promised. Rooms looked old semi shabby. A\C & Heating unit did not work. Microwave did not work. Front desk staff was very friendly
