Chalets à Johnson City

« I’ve always had a great stay at the Carnegie. This stay was great until the end. I had to go back in to retrieve a receipt. The gentleman was helping another customer while I was waiting. A lady came to the counter. Never asked if I needed anything, barely acknowledged my presence. A gentleman stepped off the elevator. She acknowledged him and asked if she could help him. I didn’t allow my anger to get the best of me; however, I will never forget this experience. I will always remember her face. »

« Quiet and clean, with friendly staff »

« The room itself was clean and well appointed. The hallway carpet needed to be replaced and the walls of hallway needed painting. Breakfast was good and the staff was pleasant. »

« The welcoming staff was so nice to be met by after a challenging drive. Room was clean, comfy bed, roomy bathroom, quiet. Nice selection of snacks for purchase and restaurants close by. Breakfast was good as was the coffee. I felt safe there. »
