Experience the epitome of Lowcountry luxury in "Roseate Tide," a brand-new, beautifully appointed rental townhome located in the vibrant and growing Kiawah River community on Johns Island, South Carolina. Thoughtfully designed by a professional interior designer, this home combines timeless elegance with custom, high-end finishes, offering the look and feel of a one-of-a-kind luxury property. An abundance of windows floods the home with natural light, creating an open and airy living space that pairs perfectly with the breathtaking river views. The open floor plan offers generous space, flowing seamlessly from the stylish eat-in kitchen to the formal living room and the bright sunroom. The kitchen is both highly functional and beautiful, featuring custom cabinetry, a gas range with a hood, and premium appliances. The dining area is situated off the kitchen, featuring a gorgeous chandelier that complements the open flow of the home. A highlight is the sunroom, which features a full wet bar, including a hidden drink fridge, sink, and custom cabinets, leading out to a screened-in porch perfect for enjoying stunning water views year-round. This level also includes 676 square feet of additional heated and cooled space (not included in the main 2,775 SF) currently set up as a dedicated game room and laundry area.

Now open within Kiawah River, The Dunlin, an Auberge Resorts Collection hotel, brings world-class luxury and hospitality, offering dining options and a full-service spa. The resort is complemented by thoughtfully designed community spaces, including The Hall, a stunning venue for private events, and Jack Island Restaurant & Landing, the new home of Coastal Expeditions. From this launch point, visitors can enjoy kayak and paddleboard rentals, guided tours, and educational adventures that highlight the surrounding marshes, creeks, and wildlife.
Construction: There are nearby homes and hotel under construction. Some construction noise can be heard from the home during working hours. Monday-Friday 7-7. Saturday 8-5. The price reflects this and will increase upon completion.
Optional Spring House Amenity Center Access:
Enjoy the Spring House fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for a daily fee of $50 per person payable at The Spring House.
Kiawah River is ten minutes from Kiawah and Seabrook Island. 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.
This home does not include a golf cart. Golf cart rental is an option.
THINGS TO KNOW:

• Owner's golf cart & kayaks are not for guest use.
• Guests have access to the garage and left side of the shared driveway. There is also parking at the street.
• There is a ring camera at the front door of the home.
• Spring House Amenity Center hours and offerings are subject to change
-Sewee Properties Booking Process:
-50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If within 30 days the total is due at the time of booking.
-You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee when cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
-When placing a deposit to reserve a property with Sewee Properties—whether by phone or online—you acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and policies outlined in our Guest Agreement.
