Eagles Nest (3035 Southerly Way) invites you to relax by the river in a stunning waterfront bungalow, part of a limited collection of furnished boathouses nestled along a quiet creek off the Kiawah River. Just adjacent to the Dunlin Hotel, these bungalows embody the spirit of carefree romantic getaways and serve as an ideal launching pad for authentic Lowcountry adventures from this picturesque riverfront village.
Eagles Nest, which has undergone an extensive renovation that's breathed new life into the space, showcasing modern decor and higher-end finishes that elevate your stay. The fully updated kitchenette is a dream, complete with a sleek Smeg refrigerator, Keurig-style coffee maker, cooktop, dishwasher, convection microwave, and stand-alone ice maker. Retreat to the comfortable king sized bed and refresh in the walk-in shower with a tub. For your convenience, a washer/dryer and outdoor shower are located under the bungalow in the garage area. After ascending 16 steps to this second-floor retreat, you'll be greeted by an outdoor porch with swing bed, providing an idyllic setting for savoring breathtaking coastal views.

You're just a 5-minute drive to Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, and Freshfields Village, and only 25 minutes from historic downtown Charleston. Embrace the local charm: walk or bike extensive trails, play tennis or pickle ball, shop Rosebanks farm, join a goat yoga class, book a kayak, boat, or fishing tour departing just steps from your door.

Optional Spring House Amenity Center Access:
Enjoy the Spring House fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for a daily fee of $50 per person payable at The Spring House.
Construction: There are nearby homes and hotel under construction. Some construction noise can be heard from the home during working hours. Monday-Friday 7-7. Saturday 8-5. The price reflects this and will increase upon completion.

• Two cars are allowed. 1 car garage and just in front of the bungalow
• Spring House Amenity Center hours and offerings are subject to change
-Sewee Properties Booking Process:
-50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If within 30 days the total is due at the time of booking.
-You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee when cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
