« Réservant pour Mâcon en France, la plateforme m'a orienté sur macon aux usa ! Aucune info juste après le paiement où l'adresse s'est affichée.
Je suis très déçue car j'ai perdu une belle somme pour rien et l'hôtelier ne daigne pas rembourser. C'est honteux et cela démontre une totale absence d'ampathie et de sens commercial.

« The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Old hotel. Needs an update. Carpet in the room was sticky and shower was hard to figure out. Old old fixtures. This is not a complaint but A train goes by the property several times in the night and blows the whistle about six times. We did not get a good nights sleep. I would not recommend »

« L’hôtel est au bout d'une route, il est encaissé entre les autres immeubles, sans charme et assez austère, pas un espace de verdure, la piscine est coincée entre un bâtiment d'entretien et au milieu du parking.
Un ressenti d'établissement un peu vieillot, à rénover surtout au niveau du hall d'accueil et de l'espace déjeuner. L’hôtel était très peu occupé.
Néanmoins, le personnel est accueillant, disponible ; la chambre bien que sombre était propre et tout à fait correcte. »
