« The place was super clean well kept. Safe area lots of things to do and see. There is a sing seat by the river watch is magical. The inn keeper is so humble and kind. She is very Accompadating. And there is a trian ride that takes you to Jim Thorne. Will definitely be back again in October for the fall festival and the changing of the leaves. »

« Spotlessly clean, easy check in; great communication.Charming tiny house full of detail and thoughtful touches.Two agile folks in their seventies were able to climb the ladder to the loft bed. We enjoyed the short walk to peaceful Leaser Lake, where plenty of fish could literally be seen in the clean water. Wanamakers General Store is a quick trip away for most needs. We recommend for couples who can share a small space peacefully! »

« Our stay at this home was wonderful! The place was very clean, cozy, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed the variety of board games, which added extra fun to our trip. The bedrooms were spacious and well-kept, and the bathrooms were spotless—truly impressive. Everything felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The hot tub was definitely the highlight, super relaxing and the perfect way to end the day.John was extremely helpful throughout the entire rental process...

« The house was great. It was pet friendly although the community is not pet friendly. The local pool and lake does not allow pets (mostly all day). Also, the community lake does not allow renters to bring their own paddle boards or allow them to use the home owners paddle boards or kayaks. We rented kayaks although it was pricey. Loved the decor of the house and the size was great for our family of 4 and our dog. Plenty of room. The communication during our stay was great and questions were...

« The house was extremely clean and inviting, with a very comfortable couch, easy to use TV, and gorgeous wooded setting. We had an amazing time visiting local hiking and shopping spots, including those suggested in a guide left by the hosts. We had an extremely smooth, easy trip from check in to check out!!! »

« Awesome host, they made the check-in process a breeze. The decor is amazing. It’s a cozy & peaceful place to stay. Wifi is great and has Roku TV. House was stocked with some drinks, coffee, and snacks. I would recommend bringing bath towels, however everything else you’d need was there. Also, when arriving you have to drive on short dirt road, having an SUV would be ideal for the location. Book it! »

« Rented this home because we have family in the area and we were all getting together for a baptism. Great location , literally 10 mins from anything. The road it’s on is a little busy but you can’t really hear the traffic. My nephews enjoyed the game room. »

« We were so excited about staying at Franc and Ivy’s. The home was absolutely beautiful inside with so many small details to make staying there all the more comfortable and at ease. The house is also fully stocked and loaded with entertainment! Boardgames, a sun/meditation/yoga room, video game room with a standing classic arcade game, and more. We enjoyed the hot tub and all of the comfort that the home had to offer. Not to mention how awesome Franc and Ivy were to communicate with. Highly...
