This sunny 1,300-square-foot (120 square meters) space has an upscale kitchen and private garden where you can barbecue during the warmer months. Step out to a friendly neighborhood, close to restaurants, shops and Light Rail service to PATH trains that will have you in NY in minutes. Deedee’s guest services manager will greet you at the door and be on call throughout your stay.

Place was very clean & had everything we needed. It is on the 5th floor so be prepared for lots of steps. First couple nights were a bit noisy from the people hanging outside the building down below but it quieted down after that. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Thanks!

Clean and spacious property. Communication prior to check in is very good. Hoboken is a walkable city but property is about a 20 minute walk from the Hoboken train station. Property is located next door to a mini mart and laundromat. Residents hang out in front of these properties late into the evening and it’s noisy and you can hear the loud conversations on the street well into the late hours particularly from the back bedrooms. While the residents in the neighborhood gather in front of these shops to chat they are respectful and I did not feel intimidated or in danger coming and going.

Apartment was clean and well maintained and within 20 minute walk of the PATHway! A group of friends stayed for a birthday celebration in the big Apple. Was easy to navigate and commute to Manhattan. Beds were incredible and had lots of room to lounge and enjoy the space with 5 of us!

The apartment itself was fantastic, local to everything and the host was very quick to answer. However, the area itself wasn't great in terms of noise and people hanging around the outdoor entrance of the building all hours of the day. The location is good. However, there is a heavy perfume type smell in the unit that was very overwhelming and wouldn’t go away. There definitely wasn’t enough towels and the property manager wasn’t communicating well. Overall nice place though.

The apartment was perfect for me, my 16 y.o. grandtr, and her mom! Convenient walk to everything we needed. Access to PATH made our trip to NYC so easy to maneuver. There was some noise in the street at night but we were so tires from the day’s activities it dis not bother us. Leo’s just down the street on 2nd and Grand is highly recommended for a good Italin meal

Great stay in Hoboken

Loyoda really made the check in smooth. She was also very responsive to questions throughout the trip, including adding on parking (which was very close and safe). Couldn't have wanted more. Location was pretty centrally located. 15 min walk to train/ferry, but the light rail is ~2 blocks away. Bedrooms, Kitchen, washer/dryer all excellent! Thank you so much!

Family trip to NYC

A trip to celebrate my wife's son's recent graduation. We tried to fit a lot of activities in during 4 days and were somewhat successful. The rental was exactly as described and offered plenty of room for the four of us. The property manager was friendly and helpful. Access to the NYC train was about a 15 minute walk. Overall, I thought this was a very good alternative to a more expensive rental in NYC.

Great weekend visit

I was in town with my mom and sisters to spend some time in NYC. The place was exceptionally clean and we appreciated the modern touches. Check in was easy and the neighborhood, while a bit noisy, had a lot of friendly people. The place had a strong smell of chlorine which spoke to the level of cleanliness but it was a bit overpowering when entering the unit. We appreciated the proximity to shops and dining and it was easy to secure Ubers to the place. I would definitely recommend this location for those interested in visiting NY as it was easy to get in and out of the city.

We Didnt Want to Leave

Our family of 2 teens, 3 young women and 1 elder were so relaxed and happy we just wanted to stay. One rainy day with no firm plans, we just stayed in and played games and relaxed together. Unit was nice, clean and had all basic accommodations needed. Property manager, Loyoda, was super nice, accommodating and easily accessible. Only down side was outside space. If advertising outside space it should be clean, set up and habitable. Not the case but we were in center of Hoboken or NYC must of our stay so managed to do without unit outdoor space.

Very Nice apartment; great stay in NJ

We had a great four-day stay at this place. The apartment’s got a fresh vibe with new stuff and all you need, whether you’re crashing for a few days or hanging out longer. The beds are cozy, and the shower’s solid—gets you ready to hit the city each day. It’s just a quick 5-minute walk to the 2nd street light rail station, which zips you over to Hoboken Station and then onto NYC if that’s your jam. For groceries, there’s a little 24/7 market a couple of blocks down or a bigger supermarket a bit further out. Heads up, though—no elevator, so if you’re lugging a lot of gear, you’ll feel it on the stairs. Also, the bedroom windows only have thin curtains, so expect a bright wake-up call from the sun. All in all, if you’ve got a big group (like 6-8 folks) and don’t want to blow tons of cash staying in NYC, this apartment’s a pretty sweet deal.
