Actively recording security cameras are located in exterior common areas, including the front entrance and parking areas. Cameras may record video and audio.
There is also a security camera in the shared basement laundry/common area. This camera monitors the common area only and does not monitor any private guest living spaces.
There are no cameras inside the apartment or in any area where guests would reasonably expect privacy.
👥 Registered Guests & Booking Requirements
Only registered guests included in the reservation may access the property unless approved in advance by the host. Parties, events, gatherings, and commercial activities are prohibited.
The guest who books the reservation must be present during the stay.
Guests must be **25 years or older** to book. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required to verify the reservation.
🐾 Pets
We welcome up to one (1) well-behaved pet per reservation. A **$150 pet fee** applies and must be paid prior to check-in.
Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, excessive noise, or additional cleaning required.
💳 Security Deposit
A **$200 security deposit** is processed through Hostaway. This fully refundable hold helps protect both guests and the property in the event of accidental damage and is automatically released after checkout if no issues are reported.

Parties, events, excessive noise, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are from **10:00 PM to 7:00 AM**.
Violations of house rules or local ordinances may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund, removal from the property, and/or additional charges for damages, cleaning, or security response.

Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, marijuana, and the use of recreational drugs are prohibited anywhere inside the home. Additional cleaning fees may apply for violations.

Parking is permitted only in designated areas. Guests may not block driveways, sidewalks, or neighboring access points and are responsible for complying with all posted parking regulations.

Exit: Leave the doorknob unlocked and hold the # button (or lock sign) on the smart lock 3 seconds until the deadbolt locks. Please ONLY utilize the smart lock.
Smoking: No smoking inside the house, outside or around the premises.
Furniture: No luggage on beds or couch. Please utilize luggage holders.
Parties & Events: No parties, loud gatherings, or events are allowed without prior approval. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of noise levels during these times.
Garbage Disposal Please take out the trash before checking out. Trash bins are located in the rear driveway against the fence to the right of the house when you walk out the back. Please utilize the receptacles labeled “1” for Unit 1. The Recycling receptacle is on the left and garbage is on the right.
Damages or Issues: If you notice anything that needs attention or anything that is/becomes damaged, please contact us immediately so we can address it.
