Great location

Good location with easy access to PATH train to WTC. Spacious apartment, but maintenance and cleaning was not upto par.

The property itself was in the perfect location, with a great pool and a very safe environment. The suite itself was a good size for 4 people, that's where the good stops. The suite barely had enough sheets and pillows and when you requested more to just be comfortable, it was an additional cost. 4 knifes, folks, spoons, plates and bowls, that looked like they had been stolen from a homeless shelter. One key and with all of the amenities requiring a key to access made it impossible to split the family up to do our own things, yet again additional costs just for a 2nd key. The owners of this property are just CHEAP, no customer service just money grabbing to make an extra buck....

The worst property ever rented

This property is not adequate for being rented. It is totally dirty, the bed linens and towels are all stained, many light bulbs doesnt work, the kitchen utensil are few and in bad shape and as if its not enought there are are lots of flies inside! VRBO should not admit properties in this conditions

It's essentially an Air BnB. Room could use a paint job and the couch has seen better days. Thinnest towels I have ever seen. Only one of the two room heaters worked. Super low quality TV. Poor signage and confusing parking.

Terrible experience - avoid it!

The day we were supposed to check in, the management sent me a rude text about missing keys not realizing I was the next tenant and not the one who left. When we did check in the soor to the apartment was open and ajar, TV on full blast. The apartment was not clean and a bath towel was torn. When leaving, the management asks to leave keys in the apartment but when you pick them up, the envelope says to drop them at the concierge desk. Lastly, the bed was very uncomfortable and felt like sleeping a box spring.

1. This is not a hotel. It is an Airbnb. There is no service. That would be fine if it were properly advertised. As a business traveler, I wanted a hotel where I could just hop downstairs for dinner or breakfast. 2. A business owns or leases a few units in this building to rent out as Airbnb. The reception desk gave me an envelope with a key to a unit on the 15th floor. The door was open when I arrived. When I left for dinner and returned I could no longer open the door to get in, because it turns out I was given the key to a different unit, only two doors away, which was also open, but all my belongings were locked in the room - and I was locked out. As this is not a hotel, fixing this situation was not that simple, because the person at the reception is not an Airbnb concierge and I relied on hi good will to deal with the unit owner to resolve this. 3. I received a standard “check out warning” e-mail (way after I had already checked out), stating that if I lose the keys I would need to pay $200. I responded to the company describing my experience and asking them to call me if they cared about customer service. I have not heard back yet. On the bright side, it is a new and clean and spacious apartment. Perfect if you want to do the Airbnb experience and if they were more organized matching the keys with the rooms. They should consider a refund for my 10 hour stay.

Beautiful safe building in lovely area

Beautiful building, very safe, clean, great if you don't want to deal with hotel staff as it's an apartment in a complex not a hotel. It is clean but it's not as pristine as the photos suggest. Some scraps ok no the wall, top of the (outside of the) fridge was sticky. It has a city view, but it's Jersey City, not Manhattan. Also this has nothing to do with the apartment but, it's really difficult to get a cab in Jersey City and it's expensive to get from JFK unless you want to take 3 trains and a walk. There were really lovely little restaurants for breakfast if you look for them though.

This suite had obviously not been maintained for a long while. The sofa bed was made out of plastic, which was deteriorating and falling all over the place, and was incredibly uncomfortable. The extra pillow was a disposable type, the three towels were threadbare and there was a thin sheet and blanket for the sofa bed. As the suite was supposed to sleep 4, it was unacceptable. You have to call a number to get assistance but if someone didn’t have a cell, they were out of luck. We didn’t get a response. The location was the only advantage of this accommodation as it is close to the PATH and subway and shopping close by. But you could book any number of hotels nearby and have that same location advantage. I would never recommend this place to anyone and won’t ever book at the M Suites again.

It's not a hotel, so...

The building signage does not match the offer from Hotels.com, so it was tough to locate. I was emailed same day as arrival (went into SPAM) with notice that I must empty my own trash before leaving. Bed was not comfortable. TV is in the living room (not visible from bed). No phone, no washcloth, no service since this is not a hotel (it's an apartment bldg). Not worth the high price I paid.

Great locations and easy check in/check out. The property needs some basic updating. The carpet in bedroom very dirty, the bathroom vanity in bad condition, shower curtain cheap and dirty, bad sheets and pillows. For the $$$ I would have been more comfortable in a hotel.

Awful Experience

I was given the runaround and treated with a level of contempt by the concierge- a young woman who insisted that I had no reservation-forcing me to walk 6 blocks-I am disabled and use a cane for support-to another property where once again my reservation was not found. I was forced to walk back to the original property- which by the way-is NOT as advertised-the M Suites-but rather a much inferior property called The Monaco - where the surly rude young lady at the concierge desk wouldn’t even glance at me instead began a personal call and walked away. I called the property management and they could clearly see my reservation but told me that I would have to wait another 2 hours before I could check in. Never ever again will I stay at any of the M Suites.

Amazing stay at M Suites at Newport

The apartment was great. Had everything we needed for our trip. Washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, and extra linens. Check in was very easy and the building was luxurious. Would be happy to stay here again.

Heating system not working , had to get a heater from the concierge. Inquiries to Allcity were not answered. Unit could be cleaner .
