**Note:
-The Game Room is located 2 flights down in the semi basement with futons that can be converted to Twin BED.
-In addition, we also have a QUEEN SIZE AIR MATTRESS with built in pump.
-We have extra pillows, blankets, and towels stored in the master bedroom closet.
- The Main Unit is located on the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms.
- Game room/4th room is located in the basement which can be accessed from the first floor. The basement door is marked up with a black sticker.
-The house has two units. The other unit has a completely separate entrance from the hallway, so there’s no overlap with guests.

House Rules:

•Check-in: 3:00 PM
•Check-out: 11:00 AM
•Late check-out is subject to approval and must be notified in advance.
•Smoking allowed in the Backyard ONLY. No smoking in the house.
•Please respect our noise policy—quiet hours after 11:00 PM.
•Turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater.
•Unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home.
•No PETS allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 penalty per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied.
•Place dirty dishes in Dishwasher and start cycle
•No moving or rearranging of the furniture
