« the property allows events however she did not have the price of guest allowed stated on the original post, and its 50 per person who comes in, and not at a time. she threatened to call the authorities because we had one friend come to the house and leave and then another came, only 3 people in the house. she tried to charge me for 8 people (600) and then 200 for cleaning because there was a couple of grocery bags of trash (she supplied ONE trash bag) and there were drinks in the refrigerator. »

« Timeka was great. She reached out to us through out our trip. the home was great, comfortable and enjoyable. We were able to get work done and enjoy our time in the ATL. It was near everything that we need. Food, fun and just far enough away not to get caught up in all the traffic. I will be back and look forward to another stay here later this year. « Carmen was amazing, quick to reply quick to assist, thank you so much! The 12 acre oasis was great. The lighting at night on the stairs at cottage a could be better, it looked like there used to be lights there, but they do not work. When it rained there’s a pretty good leak in the ceiling on the porch at cottage A and the dock with the cinderblocks underneath didn’t seem safe. Those were just a few minor things otherwise everything was good! Thank you again »
