Other things to note:

Jekyll Island is a state park and as part of conservation, there is a $10 per day parking fee collected at the time you enter the island. You can pay by cash or credit card.

There is a $100 pet fee for those guests bringing pets.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.

For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.

Sail Away

Sail away was the perfect house for our short getaway! The house was clean and comfortable while providing everything we needed. We enjoyed the fenced in back yard for our dog and the space was perfect for our family! We would recommend this to anyone wanting a quaint house on Jekyll!

Cozy home in n great location

The house was as pictured and just perfect for our family Christmas gathering. It is a duplex with a shared wall, so we were mindful of our noise level. We liked the themed decor and furnishings. The kitchen was equipped with all the items we could possibly need. The fenced backyard and doggy water bowls were added bonuses for our pets staying with us. Great outdoor seating too! The location was a short walk to the beach and minutes away from anything on the island. Communication with the hosts was fabulous. We would stay again!

Great stay over Thanksgiving week!

We stayed for 6 days over Thanksgiving week with family from New England. The property is exactly as advertised and provided a perfect home base for our family. The house has everything you could need for an easy and comfortable stay. The fenced patio and yard were perfect for our pup who loves to sunbathe. Communicating with the owners was simple and they responded quickly when I had a handful of questions in advance of our stay. Would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Jekyll.

Comfortable and Convenient

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is clean and has a great set up. It is close to the beach and close to bike paths. We came for the Shrimp & Grits festival and found that it was an easy bike ride to the event!

Duplex was clean, bedrooms were a decent size. The toilet in the master bathroom is too close to the wall. Kinda of tight there. But, it is a very nice place. I wld look for this place to stay in the future.

Hurricane Debby Vacation

This was a beautiful home having everything needed for a wonderful vacation. It rained a lot but we were still able to get to the beach several times. Restaurants in the area were wonderful and stayed open during the storm. When raining too much, we stayed at the house and played games. A bonus for all of us was the abundance of deer roaming the neighborhood each evening. Management was easily accessible and made sure we had everything we needed during the storm. If you are visiting Jekyll Island, I would definitely consider this rental.

Jeyll Island Peaceful Bliss

Beautiful accommodations!! Fully upgraded inside, so nice and comfortable. Everything we needed to enjoy the beach, grill out and enjoy our family stay. Would recommend to anyone.

Cute,roomy,great back yard!

This place is just as it is depicted in the pictures. Great location, spacious for a duplex and decorated so nice. Spotless and clean upon arrival. The master bathroom is a tight fit for a tall person, meaning the space between the toilet and the wall in front of it. Love, love, love the backyard. We stayed in unit B which had nice shade for the pups and a swing. If you have very small dogs they can squeeze through the spindles in the fence so just watch your pups, as one of mine escaped even though I thought she was too fat to fit through there. Also loved the main living room with the natural light from all of the windows. Saw several deer in the neighborhood. Highly recommend this rental and will definitely be booking here again!

Celebrating 50!

We came to Jekyll Island to celebrate a 50th birthday. We enjoyed Jekyll Island for its quiet , peaceful atmosphere. The beach was so nice , people were pleasant, and we were lucky to have great weather. Sail Away was a lovely home - clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. We used the grill, and the fire pit . The back patio is so enjoyable. Beds were comfortable . We also appreciated the 4 beach chairs It’s about 6 minutes to walk to beach access, but no shore during high tide. We went to the Beachview park just a few miles away and enjoyed spending the days there. The Wharf was a wonderful place to eat and watch the sunset.

Perfect Place!

This adorable duplex literally had everything we were looking for and more! We were so impressed with the cleanliness, furnishings, conveniences and the sweetest host. It was an anniversary trip that was so relaxing! We highly recommend this one for your next stay and we will definitely book this one again! The location is so convenient to anything on the island and the host provided so many extra items (toiletries, beach chairs, beach towels, a fully stocked coffee bar, etc.) It deserves more than 5 stars, but that’s the highest I can give! We have used VRBO for years and this was the cleanest and most well appointed place we have stayed in by far!

Beautiful home - wonderfully week.

We had a wonderful time visiting Jekyll island. We couldn’t be happier with the property. It was so nice and well put together. There was nothing lacking. Thank you for the detail and care you put into our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the living spaces were quite nice. We were thankful for a place that we could cook - so well stocked. My only criticism would be that we could not get the heater outdoors to work and the bicycle was not able to be used as it had flat tires. Those were minor things but I wanted you to know. We had a great time and would not hesitate staying with you again. Thank you for a great stay.
