Enjoy the Atlantic Ocean breeze and spectacular views from the newest oceanfront rental at The Cottages at Jekyll Island. This two-story townhome-style beach cottage offers a spacious open floor plan with a kitchen, dining living area, master suite, and full laundry on the first level. Master suite (Queen) and living area both open to a large ocean-facing lower screened porch with dining seating for 4 and 2 Adirondack style chairs. There is also a gas grill for cooking up your favorite BBQ. The living area is complete with a gas log fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, Keurig and regular coffee makers. The second boasts two ensuites (Queen) each with access to a large balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Plus two extra long twin memory foam mattresses in the master and guest room closets. This cottage is also equipped with a high chair, 6 beach chairs, a boogie board, an umbrella, a cooler, 2 adult life jackets, and beach games located in the laundry room. In addition, guests have access by key fob to The Cottages' million-dollar amenities, which include an oceanfront zero-entry pool, beach deck, clubhouse with fitness center and billiards table, community fire pit, and beach access..

THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCESS:
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn. You may view all Jekyll Beaches by visiting the Jekyll Island website under the Beaches tab.
