« We enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous. Shout out to Nick at the front desk who was professional, friendly and greeted us as we left for the evening and returned to the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were also very nice and not too thick like most hotel pillows. The location was excellent for access to Louisville via the new bridge or to Jeffersonville via I-265 or Highway 62. « It was a short 15 minute drive from the University of Louisville. So would be a perfect fit for anyone coming into town for a sporting event at UofL. We rented it for Kentucky Derby Weekend and it was just what we needed!!! Close enough to the track but outside the general âchaosâ that surrounds The Derby. »

« Unfortunately, we booked this house because of the pool and hot tub. We did not see in the fine print of the 60.00 per day to heat the pool. The hot tub has a grounding issue, so we were unable to use that either. The location was great to the KICC and the communication with the manager was great. »

« House was beautiful! We were in town for the Kentucky Derby, so everything was higher than normal, but this house was still reasonable compared to others. Location was great! Nice neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and the river. Very peaceful and not at all concerned with safety. The upstairs suite was huge! Tons of room and everything we needed. »

« We had a short stay to go to Churchill Downs for Thursday Twilight Racing. We enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. It was very cozy and felt like home. The location was great and a quiet area. We wished we would have had more time to enjoy the outdoor patio. We would definitely stay at this house again and stay longer to enjoyed the patio. »
