« Heat still wasn’t fixed from previous stay, and we woke up to it being low 40 in the home. The heat would not kick on. Someone came and “fixed” it, but took the heaters he brought, so for the next three hours while it tried to warm up in house, it was still freezing. Went outside next day, and it sounded like water gushing under house. Couldn’t sleep because of noise from water. Informed possible water pipe busted. Had headaches, possibly due to the water under house. Asked about staying another...

« We had a short stay to go to Churchill Downs for Thursday Twilight Racing. We enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. It was very cozy and felt like home. The location was great and a quiet area. We wished we would have had more time to enjoy the outdoor patio. We would definitely stay at this house again and stay longer to enjoyed the patio. »

« Hot tub and fenced yard were great! Small house but kitchen and bathroom redone nicely. Not the best street but off street parking is great. Bed in main room is a little creaky and hard, but other bed is very comfy! Overall a great stay! »

« My family enjoyed our stay cause we were together. Cleanliness of house did not met my standards. Dishwasher flooded kitchen at first use. No response after messaging owner. Dishes were washed by hand, dried with paper towels as only one drying tea towel. This house sleeps 9. Only 5 chairs for high top table. 6 forks in kitchen. No directions for leaving house so we just followed instructions from other rentals. »
