« We were rebooked here due to the previous location overselling. It worked great for us because the location and rooms were better...but the staff was the best part. Not only did reception help us with an early check-in even though the place was full from the night before, but the gentleman (I forgot his name, works only weekends mostly, grey hair, maybe British accent) at the front desk was kind, chatty, engaged...all the things. Very pleasant experience! »
