Villa Hibiscus accommodates up to 8 adults and 2 children under 14 across five flexible bedrooms — four double rooms and one twin room — with four spacious shower rooms. The layout across two floors is thoughtfully designed: the upper level hosts the master suite and main living spaces, while the lower level opens directly onto the pool terrace, giving all four bedrooms down there an instant connection to the outdoor heart of the villa.

The entrance is welcoming and practical — electric gates, a private driveway with parking for one car, plenty of street parking beyond, and just two steps up to the front door. The whole plot is virtually flat, making it an easy and relaxed home for guests of all ages and abilities.

Living, Dining & Kitchen

The upper level open-plan living and dining area is a genuine joy. Large, comfortable sofas make it perfect for a cosy film night, while the Smart TV — loaded with Netflix, Prime, Rakuten, and all your favourite streaming services — ensures no one is ever short of entertainment. A dining table seats eight, and a further four seats at the kitchen breakfast bar mean the whole group can eat together without anyone perching on the stairs.

The kitchen is outstandingly well equipped: fridge freezer, convection hob, coffee machine, filtered drinking water, and everything you could need for holiday cooking at any level of ambition. Directly from the main living area, large doors lead out to the upper Naya — a generous covered terrace with dining for eight and a beautiful set of Balinese-style lounge furniture, perfect for shaded afternoon reading or evening drinks as the sun drops. Adjacent to the kitchen, a high-quality Weber BBQ awaits for those evenings when only a proper BBQ will do.

The newly renovated pool terrace centres on a spectacular 14m x 5m pool — one of the most impressive in the area — with 10 sun loungers and parasols laid out for long, lazy days in the sun. Casual poolside dining for 10 at the bar stools makes lunches by the water effortless and sociable. The gardens beyond the terrace are lush and private, with the whole plot unoverlook from neighbouring properties.

A Location You’ll Love

Villa Hibiscus sits in a fantastic central location just five minutes by car from the Javea Arenal beach area — and for those who prefer to walk, the beach is a pleasant 20-minute stroll. Bars, restaurants, and cafes are within 10 minutes on foot, making this a genuinely walkable base for evenings out. The large Consum supermarket is just five minutes by car, and Portichol Beach is 15 minutes away.

Javea is made up of three wonderful areas: the Arenal, with its broad sweep of golden sand, promenade restaurants, and lively summer evening markets; the port area, with its fish market, promenade, and waterside bars; and the old town, where narrow streets, a 16th-century church, and a colourful Thursday morning market invite an afternoon’s exploration. The old town nestles at the foot of Mount Montgo — a spectacular 2,500-foot designated nature reserve with views across the region.

The beautiful bay of La Granadella and the dramatic cliffside viewpoints at Cabo de la Nao are within 20 minutes. On a clear day from Cabo de la Nao, you can see all the way to Ibiza. Denia, just 10 km north, offers miles of sandy beaches and daily ferry crossings to the Balearic Islands. Moraira — one of the Costa Blanca’s most elegant and charming coastal towns — is around 25 minutes away.

Golf Nearby

Villa Hibiscus is an excellent base for golfers. Javea Golf Club is within easy reach — an open, relaxed 9-hole course perfect for all abilities. La Sella Golf Club, the Olazabal-designed 27-hole course near Jesús Pobre, is within 25 minutes and offers a driving range, restaurant, and pool.
