The space
The main floor of the villa has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a large open space including the living room with television, the dining room with fireplace and the fully equipped brand new kitchen (2022). Both bedrooms have direct access to the pool and the terrace. The dining room has double doors that lead to the naya and the terrace. The nice, landscaped garden has various species of trees, tropical palms and flowering bushes. The terrace has different areas for sunbathing and relaxing and has a dining area with BBQ. There is a separate apartment with its own entrance that contains a large bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a spacious living room with a sofa bed. One private parking space is available or street parking in a secluded, quiet street.
The villa is located in a tranquil environment which begs leisurely evening walks, with local restaurants, bars and a tennis courts just a short walk away. The location is conveniently close to Javea, with the Port, Old Town and the popular Arenal beach, with numerous bars and restaurants just 10 minute drive away. Javea is a diverse Mediterranean fishing town with its historic centre, series of coves and beaches and excellent gastronomy. With a mild climate protected by the Montgo mountain, the area enjoys more than 300 days of sunshine per year.
