The property has a private entrance and offers free parking inside the gated courtyard. Self-check-in is available for a convenient arrival.

For urgent matters, we kindly ask guests to contact us by phone between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM only in case of an emergency.

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please respect the peaceful surroundings and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Outdoor Cooking

Guests are welcome to use the barbecue and firepit responsibly. Please follow all safety instructions and never leave an open fire unattended.

Cleaning

Daily cleaning is not included during the stay.

Starter Pack

We provide a starter pack containing shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, waste bags and dishwashing liquid for washing dishes by hand. If these supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products required during their stay.
