« Worst hotel I have ever seen Rooms are dirty, Bed mattress is next to garage and they said they gave us the best room cause we booked on line and we are NRI we had a rat droppings all over bed and floor when we come back to hotel in the evening, parking lot was like Trash collection lot Garbage, weed, bottle and cans everywhere I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL EVEN ITS COMPLETELY FREE »

« Staff were not adequetly equipped. Hotel reception was mismanaged. The room had dirty linens. Overall I wiuld not prefer to stay here next time. The only upside was that staff were responsive and kind hearted. »

« We had a very disappointing stay at Valencia Club. The 3 BHK villa we booked was in terrible condition from the moment we arrived. Rooms were unclean, bedsheets and towels had visible stains, and the whole place smelled musty. The bathroom had mold, which is unacceptable at this price point. There were open wires and unsafe plug points, which felt dangerous. Housekeeping didn’t resolve anything the “clean” sheets they replaced were even worse. It genuinely felt like basic hygiene and safety...

« It wasn’t a good hotel at all. It says luxury boutique but it is neither Luxury nor boutique. Dirty towels and dirty floor of the room we were supposed to check into. I won’t recommend this at all. »

« Spa facilities is not recommended »

« Staffs are very rude..specially at the front desk area. Very slow on service, they need more staffs at this property to reach service area properly. Food also not up to the mark..very disappointed. »
