Hôtels près du Jardin Écologique de la Science et de la Technologie de Shenzhenwan à Shenzhen

« Wonderful! The room was incredible, the people were kind and friendly, we could walk to shopping, massage, and it was safe. The staff goes all out to help -- even take the luggage from the taxi and bring it all the way to the room. This was not a bellman, but the manager of the hotel herself! She was awesome! The bed was super soft and we wanted to sleep all day, the food at the restaurant was excellent, and the gym was clean and well organized. We will stay here when we go again for sure. »

« Never stayed at an Andaz property before but this will change. The design is gorgeous, I felt like I was in a beach house the whole time at the property. The room was well made and maintained. Book the panoramic suite, it’s worth it. The mini buffet in the lobby doesn’t hurt either. Dining was great, although breakfast can be a little cramped. Staff is wonderful and obviously well trained. Though still below the personalised service expected from the ultra luxury chains, Andaz Shenzhen is...

« Wonderfully located. Beautiful architecture. Lovely rooms in size and quality. Very poor English usage though »

« An absolute gem of a boutique hotel in Shenzhen! Hidden inside the ancient city, there a ton of restaurants and two of the top 3 ranked coffee shops are within 100m of each other. Highly recommended if you are a brutalist lover »

« Convenient location and it was a valuable experience staying in this hotel. We would stay again in the near future. »

« Our stay was excellent! Only stayed one night but can say the staff was helpful, room was clean with a great view, and the washing machine is a lifesaver halfway through our long trip. Knocked down a star because our soap was not prefilled and the TV has a 5 minute ad every time you start it up. »

« Finding the hotel was the first step as Hotel.com didn't provide the address OR even the hotel name in local language. Arriving there, the hotel had a nice lobby, however the staff didn't find my booking even while giving them my passport. It took quiet a long time to check in then. Wifi didn't work neither on my computer nor on my iPhone and no IT to solve the pb. The staff was patient and polite though, besides the lack of solutions. Hotel offered to provide me a free breakfast that I didn't...

« Bel hôtel avec une grande chambre. Check in et out rapide.

« Super! »

« The location wasn’t the best but if u take cab around it’s fine. The breakfast is awful, don’t bother wasting stomach space. Overall, it’s a decent hotel. »

« 好 »

« Nice and clean hotel, good to stay »

« 房間煙味很重，久久不散。空調温度調不了。服務員態度很好。 »

« Breakfast was a bit of a mess, we had to hurry because they wanted to set up the place for lunch and it was only 10 in the morning so a rush for us. Otherwise a very nice hotel. »

« 風筒太舊款了，不好用，跟新酒店不太配合，其他都滿意的。 »

« Arrives tôt le matin, nous avons tout de même eu nos chambres, avec un upgrade en plus dans les chambres executives. L accueil était très sympa, pas de deposit demande. »
