The Space:
The living room has a modern 'open concept' design, including a kitchen with all necessities and a breakfast bar. Through glass sliding doors, you reach the spacious, covered terrace that merges with the living room. The terrace, furnished with a dining table and a separate lounge area, will likely become your favorite spot. Whether enjoying a coffee in the morning, sunbathing in the afternoon after a swim in the pool, or dining in the evening with meals from the fully equipped kitchen, the terrace offers a beautiful view of the communal garden, patio, and pool.

The bedrooms are situated on the other side of the apartment. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, air conditioning, wardrobe space, and a luxurious, modern, well-equipped en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a comfortable double bed that can be separated into two single beds if desired, closet space, air conditioning, and a similar luxurious, modern, well-equipped bathroom

There is also a utility room with a washing machine and storage space for items like suitcases.
