The Space:
La Villa Blanca is located in the most exclusive residential area, positioned directly on the Spanish Water with stunning views of the azure sea. This luxurious villa is one of the most sought after on the island, offering a private beach area with direct access to the sea, a private deep-water dock to enjoy various water activities and sports, and a saltwater infinity pool with uninterrupted views of the magnificent bay. Just a few steps outside of the main living area sits an incredible saltwater infinity pool. Guests can cool off in the exquisite pool while enjoying magnificent 270° views of the Spanish Water.

The waterfront palapa is one of the most delightful spaces on the property. Guests can sit underneath the thatched roof enjoying the sights and sounds of the sea. For added ease, a bathroom, kitchen, and wet bar are just steps away, so guests won’t need to go to the main living area while enjoying their time on the beach.

For those guests that prefer to be in the sun, rather than escape it, there are various seating areas set up both on the beach, and on the decking, from which to choose from. Thoughtfully placed sun umbrellas are placed throughout as well in case there is a need of reprieve from the elements.

As soon as you enter the spacious living room, you will immediately feel the sense of tranquillity, created by the perfect balance between decor, furniture position and colour. The living room is the ideal location to escape from the sun and relax with your family/friends while having dreamy conversations about life. Every enjoyable holiday should include tasty food and what better place to try out some local cuisine recipes than the available fully-equipped kitchen. The dining table, next to the kitchen, has a beautiful view and has a very romantic atmosphere at night.

The stunning master bedroom is located just off the main living area. This chic space includes an impressive walk-in closet and spacious private bathroom featuring a luxurious freestanding tub. Guests will wake up to sublime views of the sea after a peaceful night’s sleep in this sumptuous king-sized bed.

The second master bedroom is located on the beach level, providing complete privacy and serenity. This master bedroom suite includes a marvellous king-sized bed, sitting area, bathroom, dining area, kitchen, and wet bar. Guests can walk right outside to enjoy the ocean breezes or dip their toes directly into the Spanish Water.

The second main level bedroom exudes tranquility. Guests will wake up refreshed after enjoying a restful night’s sleep in this spacious king- sized bed. There is an adjacent bathroom to this bedroom, both of which may be closed off from the main living area for ultimate privacy.

Guest Access:
Apart from your holiday home, you will have access to our dedicated staff and their services. our office is located at the arrival hall of Hato airport and in Pietermaai. The Neighborhood:
Jan Thiel is one of the most attractive areas of Curacao. It is located in the southeast of the island about 22 km away from the airport. Jan Thiel is a bay and therefore has a lovely beach. The scene is ideal for diving, snorkelling and of course, relaxing. Sailing, surfing and kayaking are also excellent.

The Jan Thiel area is well maintained with excellent infrastructure. There are several hotels, resorts and a residential area. Nearby is the Caracas Bay and several other bays such as the Spanish water and a marina. The remainings of fort Beekenburg (built-in 1703) and Quarantine building (built-in 1883) represent a small piece of the intriguing Curacao history.

The region is also famous for its joggers and cyclists, many of whom go jogging or cycling at night. This is perfect on the quiet roads with a pleasant Caribbean sea breeze. Zanzibar at Jan Thiel beach is a restaurant/bar which supplies sunbeds to relax on the beach. Also, there is a swimming pool on the beach for children. Just past Zanzibar is also a diving centre where diving courses can be followed.

Jan Thiel has a nature reserve in which his old salt pans and flamingos are regularly presented. The nature reserve is also excellent for running or mountain biking. Buggies and quads can also be hired for an adventurous tour.

Getting Around:
Renting a car is a must on the island, as most of the shops, museums, beaches and tourist places are scattered all over the island. Renting a scooter might be a suitable solution to drive in the area. Still, it is not ideal for exploring the island because of the steep hills and busy roads. Public transport can get you to the main points of the island, but be sure to find the bus's schedule before you get on it!
