« The house was great, we had 3 families stay there and there was something that everyone enjoyed. There was plenty of seating in the kitchen, living room and sun room to accommodate the large group we had. The weather unfortunately was cold and we couldn’t use the pool for the first half but we were able to use the hot tub and game room which had a pool table to keep everyone entertained. « Fantastic, clean and comfortable stay!! The house was massive with more than enough room for our group of 9. We didn't have the best weather during our visit so we were grateful for such large common areas and we were not crowded at all. The property was fantastic and we enjoyed walking the waterfront. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We were visiting Liverpool/Syracuse and it was a very close drive and easy to get to. Can't recommend enough, we are already looking forward to our stay next...

« Cute property on an exclusive road. Able to dock my 21' foot boat for the entire week. Tom, the owner next door, is a genuinely nice guy and does a great job. We enjoyed cornhole, darts, kayaking and a campfire too. Just a great experience all around...5-stars! »

« We chose Lily Pad cottage as our base for the eclipse weekend. It had everything we needed plus some. Had it been warmer, I’m sure we would have enjoyed kayaking on Little York Lake with the kayaks provided. All in all, 10 out of 10! »

« It was a perfect get away for our entire extended family to stay during our daughter’s graduation from Syracuse University. There was a good mix of generations from young toddlers to my elderly parents and accommodations worked well. We especially enjoyed the sunroom overlooking the lake to hang out and relax. The distance to Syracuse University events was around 45 minutes which was reasonable and the only difficult part was needing to leave early in morning to graduation events to avoid...
