« L'endroit est très beau et le persinnel avenant. Cependant au moment de notre réservation il était dit que le déjeuner était inclus alirs que dans les fait ce n'était pas le cas. »

« Had fleas in the room. (My wife got mad leaf early. Didn't even want to eat breakfast. Got bit on the back of my neck and arm. Got up in the morning they were in the tub and on the wash clothes that we had used. I killed a few. And put them in a plastic bag. An took them to the front. Spoke to a young lady at the front desk. And told her about the situation. No manger came to speak to me at all . Have not heard from them yet. And the young lady said that they would call. »

« Outdated, child-ridden, dirty! The stairway to our room was full of bugs and looked like it had never been cleaned. There was a huge spider on its web and other dead bugs all over the corners, rafters, and stairs and we barely made it up the stairway. We were not informed of the ability to rent a golf cart at check-in and when we called the next morning to see about renting one (after seeing everyone else on them throughout the resort) there weren't any left. « I have never booked a room and only shown up for it to be canceled. The hotel blamed Expedia, and Expedia blamed the hotel. You both left me to fend for myself. I was a traumatic experience after 9 hours of driving. I hope I do NOT have a charge on my card since I keep getting surveys. »

« Did not go on property. Room not made over. Room was way down end of 3rd. Floor. No breakfast. Navi directions allways tryed to direct us through gated community. »

« Un resort fantastique avec de très belles maisons individuelles. Très spacieuse bien équipée. De nombreuses activités, piscine, mini golf, ping pong tennis… Seul bémol le personnel n’est pas très sympathique. »
