This spacious pool home will leave you in awe with its carefully picked amenity list. Wood floors extend throughout the living room and kitchen. The living area combines the living and the dining room with the kitchen, creating a contemporary open concept design space. It's perfect for all travel needs.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Anything in the home is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy! We also have various board games for use.

You can access the home any time after 4pm by using the smart lock on the door. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community.

Heath, the safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name.

Hosts shall not be liable for any damage or injury of or to the Guest, Guest's family, Guest's registered or unregistered guests, invitees, agents or
employees or to any person entering the property and pool area, and Guest hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Hosts harmless from any and all claims or assertions of every kind and nature.
We do not recommend consuming alcohol and combining with swimming due to risk. Please follow all Pool rules which are posted outside. Also, there is a hot tub on site not is not operable at this time and cannot be used.

Checkout is at 10 am. Looking for more time? IF available the late checkout fee is $25/hour.
Early check-in IF available is also $25 per hour needed.

Any unauthorized late checkout will incur a late checkout fee of $100 for the first hour and $100 for each hour thereafter.

Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs. NO GLASS bottles or glassware is allowed by pool, broken glass clean up etc will be a fine of $500.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything. We also have a doorbell camera outside.
