In the garage you can find pool floats, kayaks, life vest, fishing rods and many other items for you to use.
The home is equipped with a unique sound system and a project that will turn the living room into your very own private cinema.
We also offer additional services where a private captain can come and pick you up right from the dock.
The space
Our luxurious home is located in Prime Mandarin. You are just a short drive or Lyft / Uber ride away from local shopping, food, fun and entertainment. This home is great for both a weekend getaway with your special someone or a vacation a way from home with your family and loved ones. It’s truly a site to see.
Only you will have access to a private pool and dock.
The living room has a huge projector and can be blacked out completely to turn to your very own private cinema.
We also offer a unique service where a licensed boat captain can pick you and your party right from the dock without ever having to drive anywhere.
We offer with this service: fishing tips (in or off shore), sightseeing, nights of lights tours in Christmas, Dolphine tours, boat parties, special events (proposals, anniversaries, valentines etc) or just a relaxing day on the boat.

Other things to note
Please note that our boat services and the concierge services are not included in the nightly rate and will carry an additional charge. More info can be provided by the host.

The kayaks are included in the nightly rate and can be used as you please but must be returned to its rightful place in the garage.
