Spend the day at the beach, then come back to Verandah`s shared, palm-lined courtyard for a putting contest, burgers on the grill, and evenings around the fire pit. Inside, a kitchen with dishwasher and an in-unit washer and dryer keep things easy. Free on-site parking included.
Registered guests only, no visitors. Shared building: keep noise low, esp. quiet hours. Shared courtyard: clean up after use, don’t reserve areas. Fire pit 4-10 PM only, fully extinguish; none in burn bans/high winds. Grill: turn off, don’t move. Putting green: putting only, no food, drinks, glass, pets or spikes. No smoking anywhere. Assigned parking only; others towed. Rinse sand; don’t take bath towels to the beach. Report damage; lost keys charged. Checkout: , lights/AC off, lock door. No parties; violations may end stay without refund.
