* No trailers, RVs, or motorcycles are permitted in the community.
* This is a privately managed rental, not an Omni Amelia Island Resort rental. Your stay does not include access to the Omni hotel pool, fitness center, shuttle, or other resort privileges.
* Racquet Park and Oak Marsh golf course access is limited to club members and their guests.
* Only dogs are considered and they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required per dog and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created.
* Note that approved dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.
