You'll have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a welcoming living room with plenty of room to spread out. Quiet surroundings, an easy location, and a beautiful golf community all around you.

Sawgrass Players Club is a peaceful, gated community in Ponte Vedra Beach, offering a relaxed residential setting surrounded by mature trees, scenic views, and beautiful golf-course surroundings. Guests are conveniently located near the beach, local restaurants, shopping, golf, tennis, and other popular Ponte Vedra Beach attractions, making it an ideal home base for enjoying the area.



Getting Around:

Having a car is recommended for getting around Ponte Vedra Beach and exploring the surrounding area. Uber and Lyft are also available and are convenient options for trips to nearby beaches, restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Rideshare availability can vary, so guests planning to explore frequently may find having a rental car more convenient.

Health & Safety: We prioritize the health, safety, and comfort of our guests. Each stay is followed by a thorough cleaning to maintain a welcoming environment.



Late Check-Outs & Early Arrivals

1-2 hours: $100

2-3 hours: $200

Refund Policy

A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.



General Guidelines

●NO PETS ALLOWED.

●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.

●Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.

●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will be incurred to cover repair or cleaning costs.

●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.

●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.

●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.

●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.

●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.

●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.

●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.

●Furniture: Do not rearrange.

●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.

●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.

●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.

●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.

To help protect both our guests and our homes, all reservations are required to complete the Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program before check-in.



As part of the simple pre-arrival process, you'll:

Complete a quick guest verification.

Review and electronically sign the Joseph Ellen Rental Agreement.

Choose one of the following protection options:

Damage Waiver: A small non-refundable fee that provides coverage for eligible accidental damage during your stay. This is the most popular option and helps avoid unexpected costs from minor accidents.

Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit hold that's released after checkout, provided no damage or policy violations are found.



We'll send you a secure guest portal link before your arrival to complete these quick steps. It only takes a few minutes and helps create a smoother, worry-free experience for everyone.
