Palms Bungalow is a single-story, 3-bedroom home on Isle of Palms featuring a private heated pool and fully fenced backyard surrounded by palms for added privacy. With no stairs anywhere in the home, it`s easy for families, children, and guests of all ages to enjoy.

Inside, you`ll find two separate living areas, giving everyone room to spread out and relax. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, Smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and Smart TV, while the third includes a twin daybed with a pull-out trundle, ideal for kids or extra guests. Bedrooms two and three share a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, ice maker, toaster, kettle, blender, cookware, dishes, spices, wine glasses, and a coffee station to get you through your first morning. A washer and dryer are also available for longer stays.

Outside, enjoy the pool, grill, outdoor dining area, loungers, and a shaded seating space. The fenced yard provides plenty of room for kids and pets to play.

Family-friendly amenities include a travel crib, high chair, and fully enclosed yard. Isle of Palms Park is located at the end of the street. Beach essentials are provided, including chairs, a wagon, cooler, and beach towels, making beach days simple and stress-free.

Guests have access to the entire home, backyard, and pool. Check-in is keyless for convenient arrival anytime. The driveway accommodates two vehicles. We are local and available if needed while respecting your privacy.

• No parties, events, or gatherings exceeding the number of registered guests.
• No smoking anywhere on the property.
• Up to 2 dogs are welcome (no cats).
• Pet fee: $150.
• Pets must be house-trained or crated when left alone.
• No pets on furniture.
Dog friendly stay: We warmly welcome well-behaved canine companions (no cats). Jacksonville Beach is dog-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup.
