House Rules & Important Notes
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
• No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, inside or outside. Guests are responsible for any applicable cleaning or odor-removal charges.
• Pet Policy: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome (100 fee per stay). Maximum 35 lbs per pet. Pets must stay off furniture and be cleaned up after. All pets must be included in the reservation.
• Security: Exterior Ring doorbell camera and one camera on the front of the house above the garage. (no indoor cameras)
• Check-in/Check-out: 4 PM self check-in | 10 AM check-out. Late checkout may be available on request; please message us at least 24 hours ahead.
• Damage Waiver: 1,500 coverage through Waivo (terms apply)
• Additional: No parties or events. Maximum 8 guests. Enhanced cleaning ensures spotless arrivals. Place trash curbside night before pickup.
