Glamorous 2 Story Beachfront Condo on Topsail Island

This top floor condo with elevator access has unobstructed views of the beach, inter coastal waterway and North Carolinas largest beachfront pool. Additionally, Villa Capriani has 2 grotto pools, 2 hot tubs and a kiddie pool. Guests can eat, drink and breathe in the salty air from the private veranda while listening to kids laughing, waves crashing, and live music playing on the weekends. Dolphin sightings are common and if you look close you’ll find shark teeth and maybe even a megalodon! Excellent food awaits at Splash Restaurant. Guests have rated Splash the best restaurant on NTB. Kids eat free on Saturday and its just the perfect place to relax and listen to live music on a summer weekend.

The unit itself has an open floor plan with incredible views from both bedrooms. Every room has been completely renovated with new furniture, lights, fixtures and flooring. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a closet with a washer dryer. Villa Capriani is close to everything. It’s a short walk to the Seaview Fishing Pier and the public beach park where there’s a playground, basketball, volleyball, fishing piers a kayak launch, bathroom facilities, grills and picnic tables. There’s even a marsh view golf course just over the causeway and a boat ramp under the bridge. Villa Capriani may be the best oceanfront condo community in North Carolina and we believe Unit 303B has the best floor plan, nicest views and finest decor but you’ll need to come visit first to judge for yourself.

We had a wonderful stay at John’s condo in Villa Capriani, Topsail Beach! The condo is beautiful and the views of the resort and ocean are amazing. It's clean, cozy, and filled with comfortable, homey furniture as well as all the essentials you could possibly need. John was incredibly kind, helpful, and an excellent communicator, which made our stay completely hassle-free and seamless. Our family had such a nice time and we can’t wait to come back next year!Make sure to eat at Splash downstairs. The food and atmosphere are great! They have the best pizza we have found in NC since moving to the Raleigh area 3 years ago (from NJ)

Everything was fabulous! Getting ready for dinner with live music from the restaurant patio below floating in our window was one of my favorite unexpected features! The kids loved the pools and the beach was not crowded. Would definitely stay again!

On top of the world at Topsail

John's condo at the Villa Capriani is a great place to stay. The facility was very clean and has everything that's needed to stay except food However. The Splash restaurant has great food with a variety of food to suit everyone. Located facing the ocean and overlooking the pool area makes it a perfect place to stay. The Villa Capriani gives you security with wrist bands to get in and out of the pool area. Topsail is a great place to get away and relax. I would highly recommend John's little place of paradise if you decide to stay.

Magical Stay

The property was very clean and homey! You can tell that John and his family put love into the condo with their own little charm. It was great to have the linens provided, what a great touch! Fantastic fall break

Such a wonderful property & John's condo had everything we needed. Plenty of space for our family of 3, and beautiful view overlooking the ocean, and the pool area. We were there in early October, and the pools were open, and the beach was quiet. We did eat at the restaurant on property which was delicious. There were some pool & beach supplies on the porch, which was a nice addition, as well as some basic cooking supplies (olive oil, some spices, sugar, coffee filters) in the fully-stocked kitchen. John was great with communication. Highly recommend & we hope to be back soon!

Fantastic Location

We just returned from a four night stay. Villa Capriani was a fantastic place to stay for our family. This unit provided us with plenty of space, wonderful ocean views and it’s a short walk to the pool, beach and restaurant. When needed John was always prompt and happy to assist. We hope to stay again sometime soon!

Family vacation

Overall our stay was great. The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable for our family of four. No fault of the owner but the actual property needs serious maintenance. The main pool was down for almost our entire stay. We were able to enjoy it for 1.5 days. That was not communicated to us prior to check in. Two of the three elevators were down and made for moving stuff in and out very hectic. It would have been nice to have known those important facts prior to checking in and paying full price.

The Villa

Can’t beat a week at the Villa! With access to both the beach and several pools and hot tubs, and having a (very impressive) restaurant on site there is no way you’re not making the right decision! This condo takes the cake as far as comfort, cleanliness, and over all happy and inviting decor. The master bed (which is the only one we tried out) is SO comfortable I came home missing it! And there is plenty of space for extra guests with the pull out couch downstairs. All three bathrooms are super nice and modern and the kitchen is perfect size. You also get the bonus view from your balcony! Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing week - the condo was beautiful and provided everything we needed to relax and have a great family vacation. The unit was very clean, tastefully updated and spacious. The view is unbeatable! Would definitely come back and stay at this properly. The owner was very responsive and kind. Staff at the property were also very friendly.

Awesome!!!!

I can't say enough about my and my wife's stay at the condo. John is a courteous and thoughtful host. It was so comfortable and stocked with amenities that we hardly left the condo. One of my favorites was the massage chair. The view was breathtaking; you could see beaches on both sides. We have been to many places, but this stay was equal to going to a Caribbean island. We felt safe and secure. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get away and forget about the everyday stressors in life. I give it a 10!!!!!!
