This is an apartment complex with other residents living there. Please be respectful to everyone and if any guest is found to be disrespectful to other residents their reservation will be terminated and no refund will be given.

This is a non smoking community and smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited included e-cigarettes/vapes etc. If caught smoking outside in the community there is a $250 fine.

Please make sure you read all of the house rules if any of the house rules are violated there will be a minimum of $1000 fee assessed which includes smoking of any kind or bringing unauthorized pets.

The pool and gym is available to our guests, but you may NOT invite anyone other than those staying with you to use it. Since we do not control this part of the community, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if the pool/gym is not available, whether for routine maintenance, closure for the season, or ANY other issue. Abusing these privileges may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.

You can access the apartment any time after 4pm by using the smart lock on the door. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community.

Please do not put the valet trash out on Friday or Saturday. Also if the valet trash can is not back inside the apt by 9am the building can fine us $25 which will be charged to the guest that caused the fine.

For any stays less than 30 days we advise to NOT send anything to the property via US postal service. If you request deliveries through other carriers please advise to deliver to the front door only. If a delivery comes to the mailbox and your stay is less than 30 days we can not guarantee you will receive it during your stay and are not responsible for any mail/package that are lost or stolen.
