Beach gear is stocked and ready: chairs, towels, and a cooler are provided so you're not hauling equipment from home. The fully stocked kitchen handles everything from beach-day lunches to family dinners — Keurig, blender, pantry staples, and all the cookware you need. The washer and dryer are a long-stay essential — pack lighter and wash mid-trip. A screened patio gives adults a quiet wind-down spot after the kids are in bed.

You're a 4-block walk straight to the ocean. Salt Life Food Shack is a 6-minute walk for post-beach seafood and cold drinks.
