Welcome to Beach Bliss: 126 Stoop — a fully renovated 1-bedroom apartment just 100 yards from the ocean in Jacksonville Beach. Walk out your door and you're on the sand in under two minutes.

The apartment is a ground-floor unit in a quiet 4-building complex. It sleeps 2 in a queen bed with cotton linens, firm and soft pillow options, and quality bath towels provided. One full bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked — Keurig with k-cups, a Nutri-Bullet blender, olive oil, salt, pepper, dish soap, and paper towels. The fold-out dining table keeps the layout open. The in-unit washer and dryer means you pack light and stay longer without worrying about laundry runs.

A few things that matter for longer stays: in-unit washer and dryer for week-long trips, fast 1GB Xfinity WiFi if you're working remotely, and beach towels and chairs already here so you're not renting them every day. The Smart TV has Netflix and Amazon Prime for evening wind-downs. Sound machines in every room. Keyless entry — no key pickup, no front desk.

Pet-friendly for dog owners: $30/pet/night. Note that from April 1 through September 30, dogs are not permitted on the beach between 9am and 5pm — plan morning or evening walks. October through March, dogs are welcome on the beach at any hour.

One thing to know before you book: the unit is on the ground floor with a neighbor above. If foot noise is a concern, message us and we'll find you a better fit in the complex. Also note: this unit sleeps 2. If your group is larger, we manage all 4 units in this building — message us and we can book multiple units together for family reunions or group trips.

You're a 2-minute walk to Salt Life Food Shack for post-beach seafood, and Mellow Mushroom for pizza and craft beer is right there too. Refinery Jax Beach, with oceanview fine dining, is a 3-minute walk. Publix is a 2-minute drive for groceries on longer stays. Mayo Clinic is a 10-minute drive, and TPC Sawgrass is 17 minutes away — good to know if your trip overlaps with The Players Championship season in spring.

Self check-in via keyless entry. The kitchen is stocked with basics so your first night is easy. Free dedicated parking for 1 car, with street parking available nearby.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
