This house was in disrepair and not clean. the shower walls were soap stained and the water heads were coated with hard water residue. the toaster and coffee pots were filthy. The BBQ grill was filthy.A wicker chair in the bedroom had a broken leg and when my 120 pound wife sat on it collapsed sending her to the floor.The air conditioner began to not hold the cool air after a couple of days of our stay. WE were setting it to 76 in the morning and by late afternoon it was over 80 in the house. A repair man was called and he fixed it temporarily (he indicated it needed a major repair that he would discuss with owner) He said it should be okay for a while. Around the eleventh day it was doing the same thing again. Also at this time the water in the bathtub and shower started backing up and was ankle deep with nasty water from the unclean units,on the twelfth day out of thirty one ewe had finally had enough and moved out.The host only returned a little more than 25% of our original payment even though we only stayed 12 days out of the 31 we had bookedThe one positive feature was the swimming pool. It was serviced and well maintained weekly.Unfortunately unable to upload our photos.
